Terms & Conditions

Agreement

By enrolling in a class with DFW Epoxy Academy, using this website, or submitting your contact information through our ads or forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a class.

Enrollment & Payment

• Class seats are reserved once payment is received in full.
• Prices, dates, and locations are subject to change until confirmed.
• Attendees must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a legal guardian.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14+ days before class: full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before class: 50% refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before class: non-refundable, may be rescheduled once.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Safety & Conduct

Training involves chemicals, heavy equipment, and power tools. Attendees must follow all safety instructions, wear provided PPE, and behave professionally. We reserve the right to remove any attendee acting unsafely or disruptively without refund.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that hands-on flooring installation carries inherent risks. By attending, you assume those risks and release DFW Epoxy Academy, its instructors, and its affiliates from liability for injury, illness, or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, videos, and content are the property of DFW Epoxy Academy and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

No Guarantee of Results

We provide high-quality training but do not guarantee specific business or income results. Your success depends on your own effort, market, and execution.

Advertising & Lead Generation

We advertise on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services. When you click an ad, submit a lead form, or otherwise interact with our marketing, you agree that we may use the information you provide to contact you about our training classes and related offers. We may also use tracking technologies such as the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and improve our marketing.

Phone & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from DFW Epoxy Academy regarding your booking, class reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. We will honor all reasonable opt-out and do-not-call requests.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
